Accreditation and CLE Rules for Alabama
Courses purchased through UnitedCLE.com are provided and fully accredited by The National Academy of Continuing Legal Education, an Alabama State Bar Accredited CLE Sponsor.
Alabama attorneys must complete 12 CLE credit hours per year by December 31, including at least 1 credit in Ethics. A maximum of 6 hours can be taken using on-demand formats and at least 6 of the hours must be taken in a live format.
Alabama attorneys can earn all 12 CLE credit hours including 1 Ethics with us using our Online, iOS/Android App, and Live Webinar courses.
Alabama Attorneys can carry-over a maximum of 12.0 CLE credits including 1.0 ethics credit into the next reporting period. Up to 6 hours of On-Demand credits may be carried over.

About This Course
The COVID pandemic has presented its own challenges to due process issues in litigation. This CLE course will explain these issues with regards to jury selection, witness testimony, public access to courts, speedy trials, remote/video testimony, and best health practices in court and in the office.
The course is designed to be modular and can be expanded or condensed in conjunction with other courses.
