Accreditation and CLE Rules for Alabama

Alabama attorneys must complete 12 CLE credit hours per year by December 31, including at least 1 credit in Ethics. A maximum of 6 hours can be taken using on-demand formats and at least 6 of the hours must be taken in a live format.
Alabama attorneys can earn all 12 CLE credit hours including 1 Ethics with us using our Online, iOS/Android App, and Live Webinar courses.
Alabama Attorneys can carry-over a maximum of 12.0 CLE credits including 1.0 ethics credit into the next reporting period. Up to 6 hours of On-Demand credits may be carried over.
