Accreditation and CLE Rules for Arkansas

About This Course
What are tax deeds and how can they be used? This CLE course will explain the origin of tax deeds and how to distinguish between them and other types of deeds.
The course will address issues such as challenges to quieting a title which is a prime requirement for marketability and will also explain the minimum standards for undoing a tax deed as it relates to the tax deed purchaser and a prior owner or lien holder.
