Lecturer Bios
Justin T. Papciak, Esq.
Justin is an associate in the Pittsburgh law firm of Feldstein Grinberg Lang & McKee, P.C. where he focuses on both civil and criminal litigation. Justin practices in both the Pennsylvania state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Washington County, Pennsylvania. He has prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony offenses, including hundreds of DUI cases. His experience with prosecuting DUI cases
ranges from advising law enforcement as to the initial charge to suppression hearings and, ultimately, trial.
Justin also served a member of the Appellate Practice Section where he authored briefs for review by the Pennsylvania appellate courts. He also served as a judicial law clerk where he was introduced to a wide variety of civil and criminal matters. Justin earned his BSBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005. Prior to entering law school, Justin worked in the Private Wealth Management Section of Mellon Bank (now BNY Mellon). He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2009. During law school, Justin was Executive Comment Editor of the Duquesne Business Law Journal. He also gained practical experience as a judicial
extern and represented individual investors as a student-attorney through the Duquesne Securities Arbitration Practicum.
Amanda B. Kraft, Esq.
Amanda is an associate in Pittsburgh law firm Feldstein Grinberg Stein & McKee's Litigation Practice Group. Amanda's practice is concentrated in the area of litigation in the various State and Federal Courts. Her experience includes business and commercial litigation, shareholder litigation, professional malpractice, civil rights, criminal, contract dispute and casualty claim allocation matters in the Courts' Civil, Criminal, and Orphans' Divisions.
A graduate of University of Delaware, Amanda received her B.A. in Criminal Justice and Psychology and interned with the Cecil County, Maryland Circuit Court. After graduating, Amanda worked with children with mental illness diagnoses for a mental health agency in Central Pennsylvania. She earned her J.D. from Duquesne University
School of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2011. At Duquesne University, Amanda was Editor-in-Chief and a published member of the Criminal Law Journal, represented the Law School at the ABA Labor and Employment Law Trial Advocacy Competition in Dallas, Texas, and participated in the School's Summer Study of Law Program in Belfast, Northern Ireland and Dublin, Ireland. She gained practical experience by interning with the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office's Crimes Persons Unit and clerking for a group of interdisciplinary sale practitioners in the areas of property, estates, construction, labor, employment, family, corporate, municipal,
