Georgia attorneys can earn all 12 CLE credit hours with us including 1 credit hour of Ethics and 1 credit hour of Professionalism using our Online & iOS/Android App courses.
Georgia attorneys must complete their continuing legal education requirements by December 31st every year. Georgia attorneys must return their annual report to the Commission by January 31st each year.
Georgia attorneys are permitted to carryover a maximum of 12 credits, including 2 ethics credits, 2 professionalism credits, and 3 trial credits, to the next reporting period.

About This Course
This comprehensive CLE course will present effective planning tools related to Last Wills & Testaments and trusts.
The course will introduce succession planning, estate planning and how to plan using wills and trusts, as well as more advanced directives including POA’s, living wills and health care proxies. Medicaid planning, tax planning and asset protection when creating estate plans as well as the impact of the Uniform Health Care Decisions Act that advocates the inclusion of standards in the three-step process of decision-making will be presented.
The course will conclude with a discussion of guardianships/conservatorships and when to commence these proceedings.
