Accreditation and CLE Rules for Idaho
United Institute for Continuing Legal Education is a provider of accredited CLE courses throughout the country.
Idaho attorneys must complete 30 CLE credit hours every 3 years by December 31st, including at least 3 credits in Ethics.
The compliance cycle is from Jan 1st through Dec 31st and each member must certify compliance by February 1st.
Idaho attorneys may earn all 30 CLE credit hours from United Institute for Continuing Legal Education, including 3 credit hours of Ethics with our prerecorded programs using our Online, iOS/Android App, and Live Webinar courses.
Excess credits taken in one CLE cycle cannot be carried forward to the next CLE cycle.
