Indiana attorneys are required to take 36 credit hours every three years including 3 credit hours of Ethics. Attorneys must complete at least 6 CLE credits in each year of the three year cycle. Attorneys cannot complete all 36 credits in one year

About This Course
This CLE course on the basics of bankruptcy offers the information and skills to determine whether it’s in a client’s best interest to file a Chapter 7 or a Chapter 13. The course will explain the process from the initial client interview and information gathering to petition, Statement of Financial Affairs and Schedules and the Means Test as it relates to both types of bankruptcy. The course will also offer an overview of the national Chapter 13 Plan.
