Indiana attorneys are required to take 36 credit hours every three years including 3 credit hours of Ethics. Attorneys must complete at least 6 CLE credits in each year of the three year cycle. Attorneys cannot complete all 36 credits in one year

About This Course
What’s the difference between a tax lot and a zoning lot? What are the different types of zoning lot and how can they be used? This CLE course will address these issues and more including the use of zoning lots for commercial, residential and community use, identifying permitted floor usage and restrictions on both height and setback. The course will conclude with a discussion of the process for development rights transfer and the necessary documentation to be recorded in order to implement it.
