Indiana attorneys are required to take 36 credit hours every three years including 3 credit hours of Ethics. Attorneys must complete at least 6 CLE credits in each year of the three year cycle. Attorneys cannot complete all 36 credits in one year

About This Course
This CLE course will explain recent developments in Yellowstone Injunction applications. The course will include a brief history and general understanding of the filing process for Yellowstone injunctions as well as its relevance to commercial tenancies.
