About This Course
Legal departments can achieve enormous benefit by committing to implementing improvements and methodologies for processes that towards improvements. This CLE course will explain how these improvements can be facilitated by collecting and reviewing relevant information to analyze how improvements can be made in each project life cycle. The course will explain how to consider project improvement in the context of both formal and informal management through the application of Lean and Six Sigma methods. The course will present examples of processes that can be improved by engaging in best practices in process evaluation as well as refining the implementation of those processes.
