Lecturer Bio
Douglas Weiner, Esq.
Whether acting as defense or class counsel, each employment circumstance I’ve encountered is like a snowflake – no two are alike. I learned how to try cases while serving the Regional Solicitor’s Office of the United States Department of Labor, retiring as a Senior Trial Attorney. At Epstein Becker and Green, P.C. I learned how to defend cases and provide compliance assistance to employers. In private practice I’ve learned how to conduct plaintiffs’ class and collective litigation. My undergraduate education was at Swarthmore College. My legal education was at Villanova Law School. After law school I started my career in federal service.
Currently I am in private practice representing and advising selected clients and mediating selected disputes in employment and commercial matters. I’m admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
