Bruce Barnard, Esq.
Bruce Barnard is an accomplished legal expert, educator, and military veteran with over 30 years of experience teaching constitutional, criminal, and business law at numerous colleges and universities, both in-person and online.
A former Federal Prosecutor (Air Force JAG and Special United States Attorney) and a member of the Florida Bar for over three decades, Bruce brings extensive legal knowledge and practical experience to his work.
With a distinguished military career spanning 24 years in the U.S. Navy (Submarine Warfare) and the U.S. Air Force (JAG), he is a certified instructor for both branches. He is also a Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) Certified Senior Legal Instructor and a recognized subject matter expert in search and seizure, having trained more than 30,000 law enforcement officers and attorneys in the legal aspects of law enforcement.
As the Founder and Chief Executive of a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, he leads efforts in providing learning management systems and eLearning content development for state and federal government agencies.
In addition, as Executive Director of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Bruce is dedicated to advancing constitutional policing principles through training and policy development, ensuring law enforcement professionals are equipped with the knowledge and tools to uphold justice effectively.
