Mauricio Arcadier, Esq.
Mr. Arcadier is a board-certified attorney with 23 years of experience in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law and defamation. Maurice Arcadier is the managing partner of the Law Firm of Arcadier, Biggie and Wood, PLLC (www.MelbourneLegalTeam.com).
In 1999, Mr. Arcadier opened his private law firm. Mr. Arcadier started as a general practitioner and trial attorney. In his practice, Mr. Arcadier was involved in the resolution of many business and employment law issues and subsequently, in 2006, limited his practice to business and employment law at both the Federal and State level. Maurice is Board Certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Specialist and Expert in the field of Labor and Employment Law. In addition to specializing and litigating business and employment law cases, Mr. Arcadier is the managing partner of the law firm, an eight-member attorney law firm in Melbourne, Florida. As managing partner, he is responsible for the day to day operation of the firm, as well as supervising the work of staff and attorneys.
He has also been part of litigating large and interesting cases including sexual harassment cases, Whistleblower cases, Collective Action FLSA cases, and a Class Action Discrimination Case. Currently, he is the managing partner of a 7 attorney law firm with three offices in Florida, including Orlando, Boca Raton and Melbourne Florida. Mr. Arcadier specializes and is board certified in Employment Law and has extensive experience representing clients in the areas of business law, export and ITAR compliance, and commercial litigation.
When not representing clients, he mediates cases helping parties resolve their difference. Mr. Arcadier has been certified by the Florida Supreme Court to serve as a Circuit Court Mediator, and a Florida Foreclosure Mediator.

Maurice is licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Florida Supreme Court, The Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Maurice Arcadier graduated from the University of Florida with honors and received a JD/MBA joint degree in 1997. Mr. Arcadier also received an International Law degree from Tulane/La Sorbonne in 1995, and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics in 1994.
