About This Course

Competency and mental health evaluations may be required for some immigration cases, whether they are in the midst of proceedings or being held in an ICE detention center. This CLE course will help immigration defense attorneys understand the challenges and issues regarding evaluations, and the concerns these raise based on the Matter of M-A-M case.
