Accreditation and CLE Rules for Montana
United Institute for Continuing Legal Education is a provider of accredited CLE courses throughout the country.
Montana attorneys are required to take 15 credit hours every year including 2 credit hours of Ethics. At least 10 credit hours must be taken in a live format. The compliance cycle is from April 1 to March 31. The Montana CLE Commission offers all attorneys a 6-week grace period until May 15th where MT attorneys may earn and report CLE credits without a penalty or late fee.
Montana attorneys can earn all 15 CLE credit hours including 2 credit hours of Ethics with us using our Online, iOS/Android App, and Live Webinar courses.
Montana attorneys may carry over 30 Live credits, 4 of which can be ethics, into the next reporting period.
