Accreditation and CLE Rules for Nebraska
United Institute for Continuing Legal Education is a provider of accredited CLE courses throughout the country.
Nebraska attorneys are required to take 10 credit hours every year including 2 credit hours of Ethics. At least 5 of those hours must be taken Live In-Person. The compliance cycle is from Jan 1st through Dec 31st and each member must certify compliance by January 20th.
Nebraska attorneys can earn 5 CLE credit hours including 2 credit hours of Ethics with us using our Online & iOS/Android App courses.
Nebraska attorneys can carry over 5 Live In-Person CLE credits earned in excess of the 10 CLE credit requirement. Ethics credits and Distance Learning credits cannot be carried over.
