About This Course
Navigating through authoritative primary federal tax material requires preparation and skill. This CLE course will provide all of that and more by explaining how to navigate tax research software as well as legal research software, and write clear and convincing tax memoranda.
The course will serve to allay Law Librarian Julius Marke’s fear that law students would “lift” priceless legal materials from the stacks of the library and never return them.
