About This Course
The new laws related to criminal discovery in New York enacted recently dramatically alters the way cases are handled. Under the new provisions, the burden on the prosecution to provide extensive discovery occurs shortly after arraignment. This CLE course will explain this new law as well as recent changes to the state budget. The course will review how these changes have applied throughout criminal practice and what your clients need to know with regards to its impact.
