Seth A. Rosenberg, Esq.
Seth obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Adelaide, Australia, and an Honors Degree in Humanities at Flinders University of South Australia. Seth returned to the United States and obtained a Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University, graduating Phi Kappa Phi and Magna Cum Laude. Seth was then selected for the Social Work Leadership Training Group within the Veterans Administration, where he earned a Masters of Business Administration from Portland State University, graduating summa cum laude. Seth later augmented his management skills by attaining a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Washington. Seth attended the University of Washington School of Law. He focused on administrative and employment law.
Seth has litigated wage and hour, discrimination, and unemployment benefits cases for employers and employees. Seth has also represented clients in over a hundred adjudicative hearings for professional licensing disciplinary actions and social security and unemployment benefit denials. Seth has developed a national reputation in professional licensure defense and has appeared on a temporary basis in several other states to litigate issues of regulatory compliance.
Seth has also appeared in front of the Washington State Supreme Court in Kumar v. Gate Gourmet, where he successfully argued for the extension of the duty of employers to accommodate their employee’s sincerely held religious beliefs.
Jessica Creager, Esq.
Before joining Seattle Litigation Group, Jessica’s experience focused comprehensively on civil litigation and professional ethics, representing clients throughout Washington with an established legal malpractice office in West Seattle. Besides being admitted to practice in Washington State, Jessica is admitted to practice in Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, and the U.S. Court of Appeals in the 9th Circuit. Before then, Jessica worked for a major international law firm in its Seattle office, conducting privilege reviews and facilitating voluminous electronic production.
Jessica earned her law degree at Seattle University’s School of Law, focusing on Copyright, Trademark, Rights of Publicity, and the law of Arts and Cultural Heritage, where she worked at the Arts Clinic in coordination with the Washington Lawyers for the Arts. She was also a contributor to three publications on a variety of IP issues. After being admitted, Jessica was a contributing author for an article in the Washington State Bar Association Bar News, “The Perils of the Co-Counsel Relationship and How to Reduce them (May 2010).
