Christopher B. Ingle, Esq.
Christopher Ingle is a shareholder at May, Potenza, Baran & Gillespie, P.C., where he heads the intellectual property department and is a member of the litigation practice group. His practice focuses on copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets; commercial litigation; and legal assistance in matters involving computers, the internet, social media, mobile devices, and emerging technologies.
Mr. Ingle has been selected as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Arizona by Arizona Business Journal, and has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars by his peers. He earned his law degree in 2007 from the University of Arizona, where he was the submissions editor for the Arizona Law Review, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University. Michelle L. Mozdzen, Esq.
Ms. Michelle Mozdzen focuses her practice in the areas of Intellectual Property, Technology, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Cyber Law. She earned her Law Degree in 2010 from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi and was part of the National Trial Competition and Mock Trial Teams. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies. Ms. Mozdzen competes in United States Masters Swimming, and volunteers on the Board of Directors for Racing Home Greyhound Adoption.
