Milan Rada, Esq.
Milan Rada first started his professional career as a Social Studies teacher and union delegate for teachers. He then went on to law school and has become a well known attorney, particularly in the area of law enforcement disability and governmental disability pensions. Since 1988 he has served as special disability counsel to the Nassau County Police Benevolent Association. He serves in a similar capacity to the NYC Correction Captains' Association, NYC Deputy Wardens Association, NYS Court Clerks Association, and the Village of Kings Point PBA. Presently responsible for the representation of the Nassau County Police Benevolent Association.
Milan is a requested lecturer by many groups and associations to discuss various areas of law. He is a frequent lecturer for the Nassau County Police Department and regularly attends all their annual conferences. He gives seminars to numerous community and advocacy groups on various legal topics and serves on the boards of several community agencies.
Milan is known for being available to his clients whenever they need him. When necessary, he travels throughout the United States to represent his clients at adminstrative proceedings, hearings and in Federal Courts. Milan truly enjoys meeting with his clients. On a daily basis you will find Milan counseling Police Officers and Civilians as well on the intricacies and inter-relationship of Workers' Compensation benefits, Occupational disease cases, General Municipal law 207(c) wage continuation, New York City and New York State Employees' Retirement Disability claims, Social Security Disability and Long-term Disability, and offsets between these various benefit plans as well as explaining how these benefits interact with personal injury lawsuits.

Nick Parisi, Lic. Rep.
Nick Parisi is a non-attorney representative, accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs to represent disabled veterans in connection with their claims for Compensation and Pension benefits. Nick is in charge of the firm's Veteran's Compensation practice, handling all aspects of these cases.
Nick is also licensed by the Social Security Administration to handle claims for Social Security Disability and SSI (Supplemental Security Income) benefits. Nick has been employed by the firm for over twenty years. Before he began representing disabled veterans, Nick managed the firm's "post-entitlement" department, ensuring that clients received the correct amounts they were entitled to from the Social Security Administration. Nick is a graduate of St. John's University.
He is also a working musician, having released multiple CDs and frequently performing at clubs on Long Island and around the Tri-State area.
