This CLE course, presented by attorney Jeffrey H, Ward, will explain the mechanism for collecting judgement entered in the Courts of New York and New Jersey during COVID.

The course will explain how judgements in these states are entered, including the domestication to these states of judgements from other states, as well as those entered by default or motion. The course will also discuss effective methods for finding debtor’s assets and procedures for enforcing judgements and levying found assets during the pandemic.
