Jeffrey H. Ward, Esq.
Jeffrey H. Ward is an Attorney admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey and New York, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Ward graduated from the City of New York School of Law in 1998. While in Law School, he served on the moot court team, and was a teaching and research assistant for a law professor. Mr. Ward also served as an intern to a New Jersey Superior Court Judge, a county prosecutor’s office, and a county public defender’s office.
Mr. Ward has been practicing primarily in the fields of collection and creditors’ rights litigation since 1998. Mr. Ward litigates collection matters throughout the entire states of New Jersey and New York. He has tried many cases to verdict in state and federal court. He also handles bankruptcy, real estate and municipal court matters. Mr. Ward has served as an Adjunct Instructor at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Paralegal Studies Program, where he teaches New Jersey Civil Litigation.
