Philip Greenberg, Esq.
After graduating from Brooklyn College (cum laude) and NYU School of Law, Mr. Greenberg has been a civil litigator in New York and New Jersey, State and Federal Courts, for over 48 years. Since the early 1990's, his emphasis has been on all aspects of divorce and family law. His other activities include being an International Officer of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International (leading professional law fraternity in the world), including twelve years (two as Chief Tribune) on the International Tribunal, which is the Supreme Court of the Law Fraternity.
Mr. Greenberg has frequently taught CLE programs, both in-person and by webinar, in all aspects of civil litigation (such as pre-trial discovery, motion practice, trial and appellate techniques), and on Family and Divorce Law. Among his professional honors are that he has been chosen to be a Super Lawyers the last few years (Top 5% of divorce lawyers in New York), since the mid-1980's his biography has been included in Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in American Law, also since the mid- 1980's, he has been A-V rated - (highest level of legal ability and ethics) in Martindale Hubbell.
