About This Course
This CLE course covers a wide range of topics, including compliance, business strategy, informal dispute resolution, best practices, and more. It also provides insights into preparing formal legal advice and court documents, such as memos, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Participants will also gain valuable knowledge in trial preparation, which involves examining business and individual backgrounds, related litigation, expert witness matters (prior cases, publications, research on factual or technical issues, financial and economic aspects), researching judges and arbitrators, studying opposing counsel (especially their other pending and prior cases), and gathering information on fact witnesses (economic circumstances, family relationships, employment history).
