Accreditation and CLE Rules for West Virginia

About This Course
The use of non-competition agreements by businesses and employers is on the rise. The CLE course will explain recent laws enacted in various states and how they may differ one from another, particularly in scope. The course will also explore how these laws modify the general standards used by businesses to evaluate the use of restrictive covenants.
