About This Course
Efforts to equalize opportunity are often encapsulated by the words “diversity, equity and inclusion”. The need and purpose for DEI requires an understanding of how inequality is embedded into the law.
This CLE course will explain the many laws and judicial pronouncements that have made inequality the law. The course will present some of the more seminal cases, some taught as early as grade school and some virtually unknown – in order to shed light on claims of inequity and the efforts to correct it.
