How are courses on UnitedCLE.com accredited?

Courses purchased through UnitedCLE.com are provided and fully accredited by The National Academy of Continuing Legal Education, a presumptive provider of CLE in WV, approved by the WV State Bar.

What are the CLE requirements for West Virginia attorneys?

West Virginia attorneys are required to take 24 credit hours every 2 years including 3 credit hours of Ethics.

What part of my requirement can I satisfy with you?

West Virginia attorneys can complete all 24 CLE credits with us using our Online & iOS/Android App distance learning courses and our Live Interactive Webinar Courses.

What are the compliance deadlines and how does reporting work?

West Virginia attorneys must complete their CLE requirement by June 30th on even years. The deadline for reporting is July 31st.

Am I allowed to carry over excess credits taken from one compliance period to the next?

West Virginia attorneys can carry over 6 credits, none of which can be ethics, into the next reporting period.
